The term "daycare" is often used interchangeably to mean a babysitting service. This is not A Star Is Rising Early Learning Center; we are so much more than just a daycare! We play a transformative role in the lives of families, and we take this very seriously. Our proprietary early childhood education curriculum impacts the "whole" child in a multitude of ways. By embracing every moment as another opportunity to learn, all developmental areas are met, unlocking every child's potential including academic success. Our family friendly childcare center provides a professional yet nurturing home-away-from-home environment where you and your child will feel safe and comfortable.
ClassDojo is used by our educators to record activities and updates throughout the day. Everything from naps to snacks, is provided to you with a complete history of your child’s experience in our program with photos stored safely and securely.
Whether it be at work, home or on the go through ClassDojo’s mobile app allows you to receive real-time updates on your child’s activities to your email and smartphone.
ClassDojo keeps you in the loop with digital updates on your child to complement our important face-to-face interactions. It is also a great way to reinforce your child’s in-program learning at home, as you will have timely insight into what they have been working on throughout the day including monthly calendars for future reference.
Updates of your child will automatically be sent to you via ClassDojo. You may also elect to login to your special Parent Portal online for more detail or via the ClassDojo Parent app for a quick glance. Your personal passworded account allows you to share updates with additional family members.
